digging out the floor for new concrete

slab, insulation, under floor heating

and screed. New electrics, units,

worktops, appliances, tiling and

flooring to the very highest of

standards.

DATE – OCT 2016

Modernising this bathroom. Consisting
of wall hung toilet and re configuration
of windowsill. Re tiling, walls and floor.
Power shower pump and wall hung
vanity unit.



3 GROUND FLOOR WORKS

DATE – SUMMER 2016

This property, built in the 1930’s with
no damp course. Excavated the whole
ground floor for new concrete slab,
thick insulation, under floor heating
and screed. Re-plastered walls. New
ceiling, electrics.

STEP SMALL KITCHEN REFURBISHMENTS

1 Removal of old kitchen units, worktops and wall tiling. With the installation
of new kitchen units and worktops and tiling and retaining existing sink.

2STEP GENTS TOILET REFURBISHMENTS

Removal of cubicle, toilet, urinals & cistern, wall hung basins, mirror lights,
hand dryer, and door. With replacement for all removed in addition to
having PVS panelling to both the ceilings and walls

1 X cubicle with closed couple Vanity unit with 2 x inset
toilet & 3 wall-hung urinals basins and new hand dryer

STEP LADIES TOILET REFURBISHMENTS

3 Removal of all existing cubicles, toilets, wall hung basins, mirror lights, hand
dryer and door. With replacement for all removed in addition to installing
PVC panelling to both the ceilings and walls.

4 x cubicles with closed Vanity unit with 2 x inset
couple toilets. basins and new hand dryer

STEP DISABLED TOILET REFURBISHMENTS

4 Removal of all the existing equipment – toilet , hand basin and rails etc with
replacement for new in the addition to PVC wall and ceiling panels, hand
dryer, water heater and lights.

STEP MAIN KITCHEN REFURBISHMENTS

5 Removal of all the existing kitchen units and worktops. With replacement
with new gloss units. Retiled from worktop up to ceiling. New double sink
and taps. New lights, PVC clad ceiling and extractor fan.
