Branson Lakeside RV Park Policies
“A, B, Cs of the Park”

Arrival & Departure: Check-in time is 1:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. An additional fee may
apply if checking out after 11:00am. Please check with the campground office for availability before
11:00am if you wish to extend your stay. You may keep the same site only if it is not reserved.
Boats: Please be courteous to other boaters and do not leave unattended boats tied to docks.
Children: To ensure safety throughout the park, parents are responsible for supervision of their
children at all times.
Delayed Arrivals: If arriving after hours, site availability is posted in the campground office window
for your convenience.
Electric: If you experience an electrical problem, please report it to the office immediately. If you
elect not to report a problem and call a serviceman instead, the City of Branson will not be responsible
for any charges.
Fires: We welcome campers to use barbeque grills and elevated fire pits. Please, no ground fires. A
community fire pit is located at the pavilion.
Generators: Campers are required to turn off their generators between the hours of 6:00pm and
7:00am.
Hook-Ups: 30/50 amp full-hook-ups are provided. When pulling into the RV site, electric and sewer
hook-up must always be on the driver’s side.
Instruction: To allow access for other campers, please park your RV within your designated site area.
Just For Campers: Campground restrooms and showers are for campers only. Access code
information is available at the office upon check-in.
Keep It SLOW: Please observe the 10 mph speed limit to help us ensure a safe campground.
Leave Them Be: Help us preserve trees in the campground. Please no cutting or breaking branches or
clotheslines allowed in park.
Mopeds & Golf Carts: Any person under the age of 16 is not permitted to operate a moped or golf
cart. Golf carts are not allowed on city streets.
No Parking: Parking is not allowed in unoccupied sites as they may be reserved for incoming guests.
For assistance on where to park extra vehicles or boats, please inquire with campground staff.
Outside Lighting: All outside decorative lighting (with the exception of door security light) must be
turned off by 10:00pm.
Propane: Propane deliveries are not available in the campground. Propane is available at Scotty’s
Trout Dock at the southwest end of the park.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be observed between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am.
Reservations / Refunds: The first night’s payment is non-refundable, regardless of notice, and
is required at the time of reservation. A credit card is also required to hold the remaining nights
reserved. At least 48 hours’ notice is required in the event of a cancellation to receive a refund for
the remaining nights. Refunds are not available during the winter self-registration period of January
through February, or for the 28 day long term rates.
Sites: No more than one RV and one vehicle are allowed per site. Exceptions may include motorcycles
with small trailers and small trailers with prior staff approval. For assistance on where to park extra
vehicles or boats, please inquire with campground staff.
Tents: Tent camping is not permitted.
Unattended RVs: No unattended RVs may be left for 24 hours or more unless arrangements have
been made with the campground staff.
Violations: The City of Branson reserves the right to remove anyone violating and/or destroying
property or creating a disturbance.
Waste water: Each camper must have or purchase a sewer collar. Sewer hook-ups and a dump station
are available for your convenience. Draining of waste water or gray water on the ground is a health
hazard and is prohibited. Airtight sewer connection is required.
X-tra Care: Pets are always welcome, however, they must be on a leash no more than 8-ft long at
all times. Please have an adult supervise for children when walking your dog. Pets may not be left
unattended or left tied up outside. Please be courteous to others in the park and always clean up after
your pet. Designated areas and waste bags are provided for your convenience.
You, Your Friends and Family: All RV guests are expected to behave in a responsible, courteous and
safe manner. Unruly or destructive behavior is not permitted and may result in eviction of the park.
No refunds will be given if a guest is asked to leave the park due to poor behavior. In more severe
cases, the City of Branson reserves the right to refuse future reservations to the park.
Zero Tolerance: Solicitation and/or PEDDLING is prohibited (Ordinance 26-62) within the park.

Please be Aware of Our
Reservation Policy

We want your stay at the Branson Lakeside RV Park to be one filled with relaxation
and fun. To avoid any misunderstandings and ensure your visit goes as smoothly as
possible, please be aware of our reservation and cancellation policy.

1) You can either make your reservation on-line or by calling the RV Park office. You
will need to know the length of your stay, the size of your RV, and if there are any
additional vehicles, boats, etc.

2) The first night’s payment is non-refundable, regardless of notice, and is required
at the time of reservation. A credit card is required to hold the remaining nights
reserved. At least 48 hours’ notice is required in the event of a cancellation to receive
a refund for the remaining nights.

3) Site types will be available for you to choose from. You may reserve a site that is
compatible to the size of your RV and reflects the amenities that best suits your
needs. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific sites. Sites will be held in the
section requested based on availability.

4) Please note, a minimum of 48 hours is required to change your reservation dates.
For changed reservation dates, we cannot guarantee site availability or type.

5) A 2-day minimum stay is required when making a reservation.

6) Payment in full is expected for reservations at the time of check-in.

Exceptions

7) Weekends in the months of October and November require a 3-day minimum stay. Three
days must be paid at the time of reservation and no refunds will be given for those 3 days.

8) For the following holidays, a 3-day minimum stay is required and must be paid in
advance. No refunds will be given on
