Meet ROBERT DRIVER
Driver
REALTOR

With more than ten years of professional experience buying and selling
homes in Hoffman Estates and surrounding communities, Real Estate
Agent Rob Driver has helped countless homebuyers find their dream
homes and countless home sellers achieve their fullest potential.  Rob’s
priority is to make the real estate process as seamless as possible, while
at the same time providing extraordinary, first-class service to all of his
real estate clients.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University, Rob
stayed committed to his Illinois roots, bringing his life-long quest for
learning to the prestigious real estate industry in 2006.  Rob recently
joined Keller Williams Success Realty in Barrington, quickly gaining a
reputation as a respectable real estate agent, focused on bringing a
sense of honesty and integrity to every real estate transaction.  
Keller Williams has grown exponentially since the opening of the first
office in 1983, and continues to cultivate an agent-centric, education-
based, technology-driven culture.  Just as the premiere company he
works for Rob continually strives to put his clients first, Rob works
tirelessly to live up to the high standards set forward by his employer
and co-workers.  A full-time Realtor by trade, Rob is also SFR Certified,
meaning he is additionally experienced in the complex nature of short
sales and foreclosures, a necessary skill set for navigating the current

As well, Rob is proud to be named a “multi-million dollar producer” in the
Northwest suburbs, lending another layer of depth to his already
admirable resume when it comes to residential real estate sales.  Rob
dedicates his vast knowledge of Hoffman Estates and the surrounding
area to educating potential homebuyers and home sellers about the real

his clients, offering exceptional assistance to those searching for a home

Outside the office, Rob enjoys exploring his surrounding community, as
well as the rest of nearby Chicago with his beautiful wife Laura and their
young daughters Kayla and Milania.  As a family they also enjoy
occasionally hitting the road to experience vacations in California
together, as well as the lively attractions and kid-friendly venues within
driving distance at the Wisconsin Dells.  Rob and Laura also occasionally
“try their luck” in Las Vegas on rare couples-only vacations, but always
look forward to returning to their family and community back at home in
Hoffman Estates.

Stefanie Ridolfo Meet

Stefanie Ridolfo has a natural talent for helping her real estate clients
buy and sell homes in the Chicago suburbs’ most desirable
neighborhoods. Stefanie grew up in Schaumburg and is a lifelong
resident of the northwestern suburbs. Aside from knowing these areas
inside and out, Stefanie takes the time to listen to her clients’ needs and
approaches each relationship with integrity, determination, and a
positive attitude.
Prior to her job in real estate, Stefanie enjoyed a flourishing career as a
top-performing sales professional. Despite her success, Stefanie decided
to leave her corporate job in search of work that was more meaningful
and fulfilling. Her love for problem solving and helping others have
always inspired Stefanie to excel in her professional life, so a career in
real estate seemed like a perfect fit.
Taking her entrepreneurial spirit and exuberant work ethic into the real
estate industry, Stefanie found immediate success in helping her clients
achieve their goals. She joins Keller Williams Success Realty as a
licensed REALTOR® where she specializes in assisting first-time home-
buyers, families &  investors as they buy and sell properties in the
Chicago suburban market. Most recently, Stefanie and her business
partner, Rob Driver formed their own real estate group, Driver & Ridolfo
Real Estate Group and plan to grow their team within the next year.
When she’s not helping her clients buy and sell real estate,​ S​tefanie
enjoys spending time with the people she loves most – ​h​er family.
Stefanie married her husband, Vince,  in 2012 and welcomed a​ ​beautiful
pair of twins, Domenic and Giuliana, in 2014. Then son​ J​oey was blessed
into the family December 31st, 2015. Aside from keeping busy ​w​ith her
growing family, Stefanie likes cooking, eating at new​ r​estaurants, and
trying new wines from all over the world.
Stefanie also loves to travel. While earning her bachelor’s degree at
Illinois State University, Stefanie studied abroad in Florence, Italy. She
has since traveled across Europe, South America, Mexico, Canada, and
the U.S. Though she enjoys exploring everything the world has to offer,
Stefanie is most happy at home following her passion in life – helping
her clients buy and sell real estate.
