Greetings Current & Prospective Clients,

For many of you that are receiving this letter, I continue to or have serviced your hand engraving, custom design,
or jewelry repair needs. I am excited to introduce a new hand engraving tool that will help you to not only
facilitate the engraving take-in procedures but also I believe it could increase your hand engraving sales.

As a Master Jeweler, I have spent over 35 years deciphering job envelopes and much time in follow-up with my
own staff as well as from my wholesale customers to make sure that I got it right the first time. I believe that
just like my store, the process of taking in hand engraving jobs and communicating instructions was complicated
and often an overwhelming task to learn and train associates on. It took many years of Rita and I walking this
road and watching it first-hand that prompted a need to make this easier. As a result, I am proud to present to
you our brand new form.

“The Quick Pick Engraving Form”

This form is meant for you to have at the counter when selecting the engraving with your customer. Once your
customer has selected a style, have them circle the one they have chosen and then see our Keystone price list
which can be found at the back of the book. On the back of each Quick Pick Form is a sheet for you, the store,
to fill out and send with the job. I have included an example that is laminated for you to be able to not only
keep nearby when discussing pricing but also to facilitate the training process with your staff. In addition to the
price sheet at the back of the book, you will find a list of instructions on how to fill out the form. If you need a
triple key price list it is available upon request. Please feel free to call me if you have questions.

SPECIAL ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please PRINT and TYPE all instructions as you would have it appear on the piece you are asking me to engrave.
2. Please write the letters in the exact order as you would have it appear on the piece. For a monogram you may put the last initial which would go
in the center, larger. When engraving Initials, again, in the order it is to be engraved.

Monogram Example: John Duane Wade JWD. Initials Example for John Duane Wade would be J.D.W.

3. Please include a NOTE for any special instructions, unusual spelling, or location to be engraved.
4. Please be consistent with instructions between the envelope and the engraving form.
5. Please include the due date for your order even when it is not a rush.
6. Please call first for rush jobs.
7. Please include insurance value for return shipping.
8. For all serving trays, bowls, baby cups, and accessories please make sure to note how you want the engraving to appear on the piece. Please
draw me a pictures identifying the position, direction, and placement of the engraving as you would have it appear on the piece. What I may think
would look good may not be what you think would look good. In most cases you cannot give too much information.
9. Engraving on Stainless Steel: Please note there is a 50% up charge for any engraving on stainless steel due to the difficulty and hardness of the
metal.
10. Please do not hesitate to call or write for additional questions.

PAYMENT POLICIES
1. All invoices are due upon receipt unless arrangements have been made in advance with our billing office.
2. All invoices with materials are due in 10 days.
3. Shipping charges are added. The most economic means of shipping will be used at all times unless you request overnight or 2nd day services.
