be added to Packages
Vendor Selection/Assistance - $225
• Obtaining bids from vendors to expedite selection process
• Negotiation of all vendor contracts, guarantees, deposits, fees, etc
• Work with preferred vendors to guarantee best rates for client
• Get referrals on all vendors and check online reviews and history, if unknown
• Securing dates with vendors and doing a site inspection prior to hire
Hotel Accommodations - $200
• Send out a customized RFP (Request for Proposal) to all hotels within your area
• Negotiate hotel contract
• Work with hotel on room accommodations and room blocks
• Negotiate attrition and room rates
• Manage room blocks and guest names
• Work with hotel to secure complimentary rooms – based on room block
Décor set up - $250
• Set up of centerpieces, sign in table, gift table, sweetheart table
• Event planner will stay until the end to tear down all décor and package all items
appropriately and adhere to all clean-up policies of the venue
• Ensure all décor is assembled correctly and placed in the designated areas according to
customer’s instructions
• Packing all items into designated vehicles, including any personal items left behind
Please note: we do not provide rigging services for ceiling drapes or anything that requires a
ladder.
Tear Down and Send Off - $250
• Event planner will stay to administer sparkler/bubbles/glow stick send-off
• Planner will provide all lighters for sparklers as well as bins to eliminate sparklers or
trash bins for bubbles
• Planner will stay until everyone has left the premises to oversee venue clean-up
according to venue’s policies
• Distribution of all gratuities (all cash gratuities will be held in a locked fire box)
• Check all venue spaces for items left behind and store them safely for pick up
