PCES employs a talented team of veteran, cross-discipline designers for today’s Oil & Gas Industry. The Mechanical Design department
focuses on utilizing the latest technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in our design efforts. PCES uses the latest versions of
AutoCAD, combined with Plant3D, Revit Structure and ProCAD software to produce both 3D and 2D projects. Our designers have the

PCES Project Services provides the key interface with our clients and our internal project team to ensure projects meet scope, schedule,
and budget requirements. The Project Services team consists of Project Management, Project Coordination, Scheduling, and Procurement.

We employ highly qualified Project Managers who take ownership of scope, schedule, and budget while managing our internal teams
to meet customer expectations. We have established key performance indicators in each of these areas to measure performance
against expectations which drive the discussion. PCES performs weekly reviews to ensure projects stay on track.

PCES strives to maintain transparency on project status with our customers. Our Project Managers provide frequent updates to customers,
usually on a weekly basis, to status project progress, issues and action items. We feel it is important our customers know the state of

which provide power to eight ESP (electric submersible pump) on the ocean floor.

Pumps provided sufficient head pressure to overcome almost 9,000 feet of depth and 15,000

Engineering, specifications, design, and construction management of a plant-wide 128000V to
4160/480V distribution system. Including the addition four (4) new MCC buildings with 4160V
switchgear, breaker disconnects, and step down transformers, and seven (7) new 480V MCC

The project also included design and specifications for the installation of a self-healing fiber optic
(FO) loop that monitors the state of GE Multilin / Metering devices throughout the plant.

Design, specifications and construction management for the installation of three LM6000 (42 MW
each), one LM2500 (22MW), and 18 Caterpillar reciprocating dual fuel 1.3MW 4160V generators.
Digital Control System (DCS) for control of mechanical, electrical, and communication systems
throughout the generation facility. The DCS ensured proper control of all systems including turbine
generator protective instruments, generator relay protection and load sharing systems via monitors
in the main control building.

120MMcf/d to 200MMcf/d including piping, structural and equipment along with five power
distribution center buildings housing low voltage, medium voltage and control equipment. The

with construction inspection. Plant piping, structural and equipment were modeled utilizing
AutoCAD Plant 3D.
