of Greater Chattanooga Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga, welcome to the 2017 Showcase
of Homes. I want to personally thank all sponsors, participants, and committee
members who have worked so hard to make this a truly successful and anticipated
event in the Greater Chattanooga area.
With 10 custom builders and 18 new homes at varying price-points that feature
the latest in technology, design and comfort, the 2017 Showcase of Homes
promises to offer something for everyone. Whether you are a first-time buyer,
looking for luxury in a move-up or looking to downsize, the 2017 Showcase of

The 2017 Showcase of Homes is scheduled for October 13-15 and October 20-22.
Homes will be open from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and 1:00
pm – 6:00 on Sunday. Locations and descriptions of the homes are included in
this edition of Chattanooga Builds.

C hartered in 1946, the Home Builders Association of Greater
Chattanooga proudly represents the residential construction
industry throughout Chattanooga, Hamilton County and
southeast Tennessee. With a membership of more than
450, HBAGC includes local and area builders, remodelers
and hundreds of businesses that stand behind and support the home
building industry.

Members of HBAGC are also members of the Home Builders Association
of Tennessee and the National Association of Home Builders. Because
of its strong relationship with its state and national associations, HBAGC
is able to effectively advocate for its members in a variety of ways at the
local, state and national levels to promote and protect the residential
construction industry.

In addition to the Showcase of Homes, HBAGC also hosts its nationally
recognized Tri-State Home Show every spring, annual golf outing and
fishing tournament, general membership meetings that feature guest
speakers and networking opportunities, and an annual economic outlook
luncheon co-hosted with the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors.

HBAGC members enjoy a variety of benefits and discounts through their
affiliation with HBAGC, HBAT and NAHB. In addition, members can take
advantage of a variety of committees and councils that provide specific
industry-related professional development opportunities.
