PULL OUT AND KEEP, SAM BEARE MEMORIES

Sam Beare Memories

For many years Sam Beare Hospice has had a very special place at the heart of
the community. Many tears have been shed at Sam Beare but there has also been
a lot of laughter, joy and friendship too. Take a look at this pull out scrap book of
memories from Sam Beare past and present.

“These photos capture happy memories of Sam Beare Hospice,
so much a part of the community for many years. I would like
to share them with all the wonderful people who have worked
here, supported the hospice and most importantly been cared
for at Sam Beare.” Helen Bryant, Ward Manger

“Helen was very at peace with God
when she died. We are not overly
religious but she was definitely the
most spiritual of us all. I think she
would feel that Light up a Life is
the perfect Christmas celebration,
because of where it is and what it
means. It’s in a church but it’s not a
strictly religious service and everyone
is welcome to the special, spiritual
place to celebrate the people who are
not with us anymore. She would like
to be remembered in this way.”
