Epping and Associates, CPAs, P.A.

We are a premier Charlotte-based CPA firm located in Lake Wylie, SC that has been
in business over twenty years, serving businesses and individuals in the Carolinas
as well as nationally and internationally. We provide our clients a unique blend of
highly relevant experience and personal service. Most CPA firms are designed to
“leverage” their professional staff so that most of the work is done by new or lightly
experienced accountants and reviewed by more seasoned professionals. Our firm
does not embrace this model. What distinguishes Epping and Associates, CPAs, PA
is that we have highly experienced professionals working directly with our clients,
not merely supervising and reviewing the work of inexperienced staff. We come to a
greater understanding of our clients than is available only through periodic meetings
or reviewing the work of others. This results in an increased ability to recognize tax
saving opportunities or expensive tax pitfalls that need to be avoided or corrected.

Our shareholders collectively possess over 75 years of experience including exten-
sive “Big Four” tax and audit experience as well as CFO experience in public and
private manufacturing companies.
