Thank you for allowing us to apply for the job of selling your home! We are excited
about getting started and getting your home sold. Since this is the first stage of
the selling process, we want to summarize what will happen after you review all of the
information that we have assembled for you:

1. A pre listing package will be delivered to you for your review.
2. W e will meet at our scheduled appointment time. During our meeting we will

answer all of your questions concerning the sale of your home.
3. After all of your questions are answered, and you feel comfortable and confident

that we can sell your home, we will enter into a listing agreement so we can start
marketing your home locally, nationally & internationally.
4. During the listing term we will keep in contact with you concerning the nature of
our market and the results of the marketing of your home.

Obviously, this is only a basic list, but it should give you a good idea of what will happen
in the next couple of days. Included in this package are a number of items for your review
including your tax record from the County, a Comparative Market Analysis, a summary of
the current real estate market and much, much more! Please take the time to review all of
