Specialist contractors shall be employed as required with appropriate methodologies being developed and reviewed to
ensure risks are being suitably assessed and minimised.

risks to any members of the public.

All works shall be carried out in line with current legislation and HSE guidelines.

3. Building Envelope

3.1 Facades

3.2 Roofs

3.3 Windows

Sealed Cleaning Windows are integral to curtain walling. Cleaning access as part of main
windows curtain walling methodology above.

sealants, gaskets void side below to mitigate hazard of falling objects.
