2020 Summer Experience Program
The Summer Experience Program is an excellent way for prospective members to “test drive”
membership prior to going through the formal membership process. Participants and their families
(spouses and unmarried children under age 24 living at home) are granted full use of the Club from
May 23 through September 7 and are encouraged to experience all of the Club’s amenities while
building relationships with new friends and colleagues. Participation in the Summer Experience
Program is a one-time opportunity.

The cost of the Program is $1,500. The Program cost must be paid in full before the Program
begins. A 10% discount will apply to those joining on or before April 1. Participants are required to
use ACH payments for the fulfillment of monthly charges (meals, cart fees, etc.). A 3% surcharge will
apply when using a credit card. (The Club accepts Master Card and Visa).

Dining and Social Activities
Benvenue Country Club offers a wide range of activities and dining options during the summer
months. Participants, their families, and their guests will be able to enjoy dining and social event
privileges. There is no Food minimum associated with this program. Our very seasoned sales team
would be happy to coordinate meetings, parties, and other special events to be hosted at the Club
during the time of the Program.

Pool and Youth Activities
Our pool offers a beautiful private country club setting with a high-end resort feel. Services and
amenities featured include a diving board, water slide, gated baby pool, an abundant selection of
lounge chairs and shady umbrella tables. The club offers poolside food and beverage service with
all ABC licenses. No outside food and beverage are allowed in any area of the club. The club offers
a very popular Kid’s Camp twice a summer, including golf, tennis, swimming instruction, along with
arts and crafts, games and a field trip.

Tennis and Fitness
BCC offers a variety of tennis programs and activities for everyone. We offer seven Har-Tru Courts
with lights to allow for night play. The new fitness center is broad in application with the latest
exercise equipment from Peloton bikes to True fitness equipment. The 1,100-square-foot training
room houses a recumbent bike, treadmills, an elliptical machine, stretch bars and safety-engaged
free weights. The fitness center is the newest amenity that meets member expectations in a
complete club setting.

Golf
Our classic 1922 Donald Ross layout is a true test for everyone that plays. Small, fast greens are
our signature at Benvenue. We have both a men’s and women’s golf association that provides

a wonderful form of fellowship and competition with all members of the club. The Summer
Experience Program includes golf privileges at the below Guest fees. Privileges to participate in our
Member Tournaments (Men’s Member Guest, One-Day PGA, and Couples Golf) are not included and
are extended only to full club members to participate. Three complimentary rounds of golf, with cart
and green fees are a part of the membership passport program.

Summer Experience Program Immediate Family Member $60 (Cart and Green Fee)

Family member guest is defined as parent, brother, sister, or son/daughter-in-law.

Summer Experience Program Member Guest $65 (Cart and Green Fee)

Thank you for your interest in Benvenue Country Club. As a thank you to our prospective
members, we have compiled a Member Passport for you and your family. This Passport will include
complimentary services to enjoy many of our various experiences around the clubhouse, golf course,
the tennis courts and the swimming pool. Inside the Member Passport you will find many different
experiences. This Passport valued at $450 worth of services will encourage you to explore Benvenue
and all that the Club has to offer during your Summer Experience.

To apply for the Summer Experience Program please complete the following forms:

• Applicant Information Form.
• Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments.
- Please be sure to include a voided check if using a checking account.
• Sponsorship for Summer Experience Program
- To be completed by your sponsor, please note members of any classification or length of
membership may act as a sponsor.

Applications must be received in completion by May 19. Participants must be sponsored by at
