About
My name is Ann Nunn and I'm a retired nurse, campaigner and passionate family carer to my son Simon. Simon has a positive outlook on life, caring personality and incredible enthusiasm for all things steam and engines! An eager learner and friendly individual, Simon has lived with the genetic condition, Cri-du-Chat Syndrome (also known as 5p minus syndrome) and autism. Once deemed by education professionals as 'uneducable', Simon has learnt to read and write as I have nurtured his love for learning new things. Here I have displayed the 'Funbooks' - exercise books we used as a way to engage Simon in learning. I hope they can be a helpful resource for you, especially if you are looking for ways to help your child learn.
