your Man! Ben first developed a passion for Colorado traveling the state as a land surveyor for over a
decade. During that time as a project manager he worked with some of the most successful
engineering companies in the Colorado. Clients were Residential & Commercial Land Developers,
Custom Home Builders and Local Municipalities. Boundary Analysis was his passion, and this
required an intimate knowledge of physical evidence in the field, chain of title and records research.
His love of the land has always led to the exploration and climbing of mountains in Colorado and
other states. For Ben, climbing up an 18,000-foot peak is not un-like buying or selling real estate. You
set a goal and you diligently make plans to accomplish your goal. But, you must also be prepared for
unexpected events and have contingencies in place. The skills needed for both the real estate
business and mountain climbing are interchangeable. Logistics planning, stress mitigation, deadline
management, problem solving, crisis management, endurance, and high-performance under pressure
are all things one needs on a quest to the summit of a mountain. They are also skills that Ben
implements to provide his clients with complete customer satisfaction. Communication is also very important to Ben
and the key to any real estate transaction. Direct communication, no matter what the situation, is something Ben values
the most.

The people in the school are very supportive of everyone; whether it be the studentsor the teachers, the school allowseveryone to feel accepted. There are
many diverse programsthat allow people to enjoy their interestssuch asmarching band, theatre, hip hop club, sports, or even Dungeonsand Dragons.

I came to Eaglecrest Highschool 10th-grade year, I transferred in from a very small school. My first year at eagle crest wasexcellent I wasable to get to class
easily and you get to know your way around the building it'snot bad at all. The counselorsmade sure I understood the policiesanother thing I enjoyed isstudy
periodswhen you are underclassmen you get to go to the library study and do homeworkon your off periodsand if you're an upperclassman you get to go home
and do homeworkor go to work. It getseven better! Eaglecrest hastorturing for Math and English classes, your teacher may even help you too if you email them
and make an appointment or talkto your teachersafter class.

It'sa super inclusive school! I never once felt out of place. Our academicsare good, the athleticsprogramsare good. But mostly- the culture isbeautiful. It isa
culture and community based off of love and inclusiveness. If there wasone thing to truly represent how Eaglecrest caresfor all isevery year the Student
Leadership doesa thing for Valentine'sday where they write every single person'sname on a heart and stickthem around the halls. Thisyear, they even allowed
transgender people to send in their new namesto that they could accurately be represented in the hallwayson their hearts. It isa culture of love and care.

I am a proud product of the Cherry CreekSchool District and even prouder to be a Raptor! Even though Eaglecrest High School isconsidered one of the "lower-
end" schoolsin the district which isvery upper-middle-classoverall , we have a great sense of community. Raptor Pride isa real thing, and we recognize athletes,
scholars, and artistsregularly. We have excellent football, basketball, volleyball, and cheer programs, along with award-winning performing artsand many really
smart people. The "Nest" isan excellent place for learning, growing and being respectful to people of all different backgroundsand socioeconomic statuses. I am
proud to be a Raptor!
