The position of his home
The position of his school
In Dali, a place called
Flowers and flowers(万花),lives a
boy named Echo. He is six. He
recently moved into a new home.
His neighbor is an elder
sister of 10, and her name is
Gege (格格), because she comes
from the Northeast China, but
she's not a Manchus(满族).
Let's follow Echo's
footsteps and see how he spends
the next day.
With the rising of the sun.
Echo is ready to go to school.
It is his first day to go to school from
his new home.
He gets up a bit late,at:7:00
He is very happy to go to school.
It’s in April. He is very fond of the
cherry blossoms around his new home.
This is his favorite food – Ersi (饵丝). It
is made mainly of rice (making a bunch
of rice products and cutting them into
strips).
He can eat two bowls.
There is no exception today.
He takes the bus to go to school.
Here’s the bus stop.
He was in a hurry, because he’s
going to be late.
When he s about to enter school,
the bell starts ranging.
But he is very lucky, because it is
the elder sister Gege (格格) who’s on
duty today.
In order to thank Gege sister, Echo
decided to invite her to visit
various attractions in Dali after
school.
First they come to the ErHai lake,
and they play on the ErHai lake.
And then they go to the SanTa (三
塔).
They look at the reflection in the
lake.
When Echo was a child, Echo's
parents often took him here.
In the end they go to the Xingsheng (兴盛)
bridge.
The two of them stood on the bridge and
felt the wind blows. Because Dali is in the
mouth of the wind, the style is big.
It is an interesting day.
