1 GET PREPARED
A market analysis will be done to determine the best possible listing price. We will also make suggestions for staging & basic home improvements for curb appeal.
2 CAPTURE THE HOME
Professional photos of your home will be scheduled &
a 360˚ virtual tour may be considered for online marketing purposes.
3 GET YOUR INFO OUT
Your home will be inputted into the Mid-Florida
Regional Listing Service (MLS) for worldwide coverage & information will be distributed to all associates.
4 SHOW YOUR HOME
Showings can be set up either by “Appointment-Only” or a Realtor multi-lock box can be provided. A courtesy call will be made prior to any showings.
5 BE VISIBLE
A “Fannie Hillman” sign will be placed in your yard. We will determine together if property flyers are strategically beneficial.
6 SCHEDULE TOURS
An office tour and/or broker’s open will be arranged when convenient to your schedule. Associates will convey important suggestions to us & property awareness to their clients.
7 GET FEEDBACK
Comments from prospective buyers & their agents who have visited your home, marketing efforts & online activity will be reported regularly.
8 ADVERTISE
Your home will be featured on global websites & area
print publications. In addition, your home will be included in our e-newsletter to more than 1,000 area Realtors, past & present clients.
9 OFFERS & NEGOTIATIONS
All offers will be presented with help negotiating the best price & terms for you protecting your interests to the best of our abilities.
10 ACCEPT A CONTRACT
Follow up with inspections, appraisals, mortgage,
title, surveys & other aspects of the closing process. Schedule a closing time that is convenient for all parties.
11 CLOSE
Convey & reconcile closing figures as soon as they are available from the closing agent. Accompany you to the closing.
