Unbreakable uses a pro-sports style system to improve our bodies
AND minds using our version of the 4H Club -- hands, hips, head
and heart.
Your training session will consists of:
A) Routine to loosen hips/dynamic warm up
B) Performance -- weights and cardio
C) Conditioning, in which we use the best workouts from boxing
and kickboxing
D) Recovery
HIPS: Each workout begins with a unique warm-up that LOOSENS
OUR HIPS. The looser your hips the healthier your body will be and
the better you'll be able to perform. As one strengthens the core
we often get tighter, at Unbreakable we look to loosen our core,
hips, groin, hamstrings, abs and quads on a daily basis.
PERFORMANCE: Depending upon one's ultimate goals
performance would encompass weight loss, weight gain, body
sculpting, body mass index adjustments or, for our pro athletes, pro
sports training.
CONDITIONING: At Unbreakable YOU are a member of OUR fight
team! Regardless of age, limitations, and athletic ability... we all
have a fighter inside of us. At Unbreakable, we unlock the fighter in
us all.
We use the biggest names in MMA and boxing to coach ALL of our
clients, teaching them techniques and using boxing and
kickboxing workouts to shred our bodies and reach ultimate cardio
levels.
As much as we use fight training to shred our bodies, it strengthens
our mind and empowers us and acts as an incredible stress buster.
