Class of 2019 to the Alumni Community!
200 students from the Class of 2019 graduated on May 31 at the Fine Arts Theater, please click HERE to view the ceremony.
A record number of sixteen members of the graduating class have been accepted into top universities in the world, including seven of the eight Ivy League schools! More than ever before, being admitted into a highly competitive university has become increasingly difficulty with admission rates declining year on year. With a variety of talents and interests, ISM’s graduates this year will be matriculating in many other colleges in September around the world!

however as John Malanca ‘85 has graciously accepted
the reigns to host Eighties Eruption VI in 2022! But
first, Geneva 2021 for the 10th EuroReunion!

Dreams do come true - Filipino Scholar Rose Sagun ’05 graduates from Harvard University with a Master of Education - on scholarship! We can’t wait for her to come back home and help change the world!

Class of 2011 Filipino Scholars Michi Ferreol (Harvard College '15), Kimi Rodriguez (NYU Abu Dhabi '15) and Kaye Kagaoan (Hamilton College '15) pave the way to help others leave their mark in the world!
They founded College Admissions Mentors for Peers in the Philippines (CAMP) in 2012 to assist local school students with the resources to international education. Please click HERE to know how they helped two Filipinas graduate Summa Cum Laude at Wharton and New York University.
Audie Gemora ’78 and Tami Monsod ’80 star in “The Dresser” – a 1981 Broadway play produced by Repertory Philippines. The Dresser opened earlier this month at the Onstage Theatre in Greenbelt 1, Makati. Please click HERE to know more.

Ryan Santos ’18 and Harvard University Class of 2022 has been selected for the 2019 Men’s All Ivy First Team for his outstanding performance at the Championship Tournament of the Ivy Rugby Conference. The Ivy Rugby Conference is a rugby league for men and women featuring each of the Ivy League Schools.
Sakiko Fukuda-Parr ‘68 is a co- recipient of the 2019 Grawemeyer Award for World Order. Her book “Fulfilling Social and Economic Rights” proposes a framework for the ability of countries to expand human rights. The prestigious Grawemeyer award is given by the University of Louisville for ideas improving world order.
Mark Higgins ’82 , Co-Director of Slim’s Fashion and Arts School opened an exhibit entitled, “Gold in Our Veins: Mark Lewis Lim Higgins” last February at the Ground Floor Gallery of the Ayala Museum. Please click HERE to read more.
The newest play of Aileen Kyoko ’05, The Year of the Solar Eclipse debuted July 2018 and was nominated for 6 awards at the Planet Connections Theatre Festival. Due to its successful premiere, it is set to run again in December. Please click HERE to know more.

Jessica Zhang ‘17 has been chosen as a John Harvard Scholar. This honorary scholarship is awarded to students in the top 5% of their respective class. She is also a recipient of the Detur Book Prize. The oldest prize at Harvard, it recognizes Sophomores who have attained high academic standing in their first year and honors them with a book of their choice.
