1. Introduction

KGK introduces a new web application for sales team called Digital Sales System(DSS).
DSS is the time and place where a sales professional transaction is achieved with customers
in B2B. Nowadays Digital sales system have revolutionized the diamond & jewelry industry,
particularly in the traditional & seasonal sector.

1.1. Purpose

DSS will be most effective in marketing if we understand what both markets need in
order to make a decision for sales person. Taking inventory is one of the most time-consuming
and resource-intensive tasks every sales person faces. It is also one of the most crucial. Having
too much stock, or too little, is costly. DSS will be Relationship builder, Lone wolf, problem
solver and Challenger for sales persons. Ease of use the system with a user-friendly interface.

1.2. Scope

The digital sales system is often referred to as the point of service because it is not just a
digital system but also a point of customer satisfactions. The digital system you choose is one
that fits your sales concept, service style and business needs. After all, this system can take a
big bite out of your sales/business.

1.3. Key Features

Sales person will utilize viewing inventory pictures in different styles, search inventory
collection wise, sort by contract or styles and most selling product.

Sales person can filter inventory for their requirement like,

 by Location
 by Profit Center
 by Jewel Type
 by Metal
 by Price Range
 by Category

and a variety of other features available. Inventory details are always in up-to-date.

1.4. Usage of system

Catalogue Management is one of the main usage of DSS. The sales persons can
make catalogue in DSS with user friendly and in a ease way to do business with
customers. Sales professionals can search their inventory, select, validate, save, share
and option to mail the catalogue with customers. The Customers have option to do
enquiry about catalogue and each inventory from created catalogues and they can add
their favorite inventory in catalogues.

Additionally, today digital system may include additional features to cater for different
functionality, such as inventory management, CRM, financials, warehousing, etc. we
plan to maintain a sales history also that was in under process, It can help to adjust
your customer decisions for seasonal business trends.

2. Access Control

Digital Sales system is enterprise-class integrated credential-based access. 100% web
based, these IP networked systems require no software installation or client license fees.
Flexible system architecture allows for a range of applications. It delivers browser-based,
unified management and administration system.

DSS have the selective restriction of access to a place or other resource. The act of
accessing may mean consuming, entering, or using. Permission to access a resource. Locks
and login credentials are two analogous mechanisms of this system.

Location - Area Sub Code

All sales person have location based access for the DSS. The User can access or view only
the specified location access. It based on the user or station. DSS have maintaining,

3. Step by step instruction for using the system
3.1 Login System

 Enter your User ID and Password and Click Login.
 If you need to remember the user and password for

next time please select remember me checkbox.
 If you forgot your password, click forgot password

and follow the steps.

3.2 DASHBOARD/HOMEPAGE

After login, User can view the dashboard/homepage.

Top Menu and Icons are navigate to Inventory,
Catalogue, Location, Profit center, Collection, Most
Selling, Latest Styles and Catalogue Page.

Different method of Sorting
User can sort by Collection, Most Selling, Latest First, Jewel Type,

Combination, Price wise and Set wise.

Different ways of Filters
User can filter by Location, Profit Center, Category, Collection, Jewel

Type, Metal, Diamond Weight Range, Sold Products and Price Range.

Search Box
User can type Contract no, Style no, Jewel type, Metal, Collection

and combinations

3.5 CATALOGUE LISTING & CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT

Catalogue System is one of the intelligence part of Digital Sales System. It have
comfortable way to make flexible and reliable catalogues. While making digital catalogues sales
person can customize and integrate in detailed with eco-friendly. Customers can easily research
the product and contact with the sales person.

DSS have brilliant and genuine way to share catalogues with customers. Customers can
enquiry about the catalogue & inventory instantly. At the same time, sales persons also can
maintain their customer enquiry and can favors satisfy for them.

CATALOGUE HAVE THREE LISTING SECTION,

1. Catalog Created by Me

User can view their own catalogue which created by them.

2. Catalog Shared with Me

User can view catalogues which shared by other user or public.

3. Catalog Shared By Me

User can view the catalogues which shared to other or public.

Advanced Method Inventory Selection for Catalogue

1. Catalogue creation by customer wise sold pieces using invoice type wise &
invoice date range along with filter on jewel type wise, Metal lot code wise,
Diamond weight range, Color stone weight. range & pick/select option.

2. Catalog creation by Fg stock bin wise along with filter on jewel type wise,
Metal lot code wise, Diamond weight range, Color stone weight range &
pick/select option.

3. Catalog creation by collection wise along with filter on jewel type wise, Metal
lot code wise, Diamond weight Range, Color stone weight range & pick/select
option.

4. Catalog creation using pick option i.e. All Contracts, one contract for Each
Style/Design wise & Combination wise also user can make catalogue designs.

These are various methods in advanced method to create catalogue.

3.9 CATALOGUE - FAVORITE & ENQUIRY MODEL

1. Users can add/select inventory items from shared catalogue page
2. Can write remarks for each inventory.
3. And also remove/deselect the items.

1. Users can enquiry to know more details about the catalogue and inventory.
