New Creative Arts Program on the Horizon!

Tammy Whitley, one of our wonderfully talented Ceramics Assistants, brings her
creative expertise to Bridgewood Farms to provide clients with opportunities to ex-
press their artistic talents!

Native born and raised in the Houston Heights, she showed interest in art from a
very young age, winning Best of Show with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo
among other awards and recognitions. After leaving her parents’ steel company,
she entered ‘Corporate America’ but soon realized something was missing...the
desire to help others through creative channels. She then obtained her art degree
and began a varied career in several artistic avenues, including creating pieces for
a long list of well known companies.

Since beginning her employment at Bridgewood Farms, she has been able to utilize her artistic talents while
also satisfying her desire to help others. On a mission to make Bridgewood Farms known as one of the best
creative places to be, Tammy is currently working to develop a Creative Arts Program for our friends here at
the Farm. If you would like to help get the program up and running, contact Enid Goodman at ext 104 and
she can provide a ‘wish list’ of items that will assist Tammy with starting this new creative program!

Meet Our Clients - Tiffani Blake

Tiffani Blake was born on January 31st, 1980, in Cha@anooga, TN. She had many health problems
star!ng at birth and was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome at the age of 2. Tiffani was so loved by her
grandparents and they affec!onately nicknamed her “Angel Girl” and “Tippy Toes”. When she was 13,

she and her family moved to Texas where Tiffani would finish Conroe High School in 2001.

After High School, Tiffani started Bridgewood Farms and and found her new family: Flo, Enid, Jay
and all the caring teachers and clients at Bridgewood. They have
accepted Tiffani and her unique personality. She has learned to read and
keep a check book at Bridgewood, skills she is very proud of.

Tiffani is very competitive and learned how to ride horses at age 14. She showed her
horse Chantilly in a Western Pleasure Class horse show In Montgomery County and
won 3rd place! She also helped raise her horse Nika and started trail riding and rode in
The Christmas parade in Conroe, TX. She has even ridden down the San Jacinto
River Trail with Nika and was fearless. Nika took very good care of her. She helps to
train her dog Sophie, who has anxiety worse than Tiffani.

Tiffani’s favorite things to do include meeting new people, giving and receiving hugs and sharing her love with
others. One aspect of Williams Syndrome is that affected individuals have outgoing, engaging personalities
and tend to take an extreme interest in other people, and never meet a stranger. Tiffani LOVES God and has a
loving and generous heart. Her mom, Ruby, is very proud of her Angel Girl.

Meet the Bridgewood Farms Family! It’s Rodeo Time!
